Customer Service

Jeez... Do companies take any pride anymore in the way they deal with customers? I email two sides of the same company and 5 days no response... I'm kind of getting irked because now I'm afraid to use my M14 and mess it up. Most likely that isn't the case, but who knows!? Post your opinion on customer service, stories or whatever!



Sorry this is so late, I haven't been able to get on until now. Homework + Cross Country is not good mangs (lol plural)

  1. t-mobile have an awful customer service, been cut off loads of times when trying to get an upgrade :/

  2. yeah, most costumer service suck because good service would be more expensive, but they want to sell their products cheap.

  3. Have you tried calling them? Do they even have a number to call. No phone number and just e-mail usually means slow, bad cs.
